About the Class
The Village Kids Club is excited to announce that we're setting up a headshot booth at The Village Kids Club in partnership with the Impact Headshots. We will be offering a 15-minute "mini-sessions". This event will take place on Sunday, March 23, 2025, between the hours of 2:30-4:30 pm For individuals seeking to obtain a new headshot for the year 2025, we are pleased to offer a special discounted rate of $100. This package includes one professionally retouched, high-resolution digital image of your selection. Additional images can be acquired for $50 each. Simply book your 15 minute spot and show up! What to Expect: 1. Arrival and Set-Up: The photographer will be there to assist you upon arrival. He'll help freshen up your appearance, fix any hair or clothing issues, ensuring you're looking your best. 2. The Shoot: We'll start with a few quick test shots to ensure everything looks perfect. You'll be able to see the images in real-time on the computer screen and we'll make any necessary adjustments together. We'll then capture a variety of poses to ensure you look confident, natural, and relaxed. 3. Post Production: After the shoot, we'll retouch the images to remove distractions, enhance features, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you look your best. You'll receive a link to download the finalized, high-resolution retouched images within a week via email. To assist you in preparing for the session, we have curated a set of proven tips aimed at achieving the finest headshot outcome: 1. Opt for attire featuring solid colors that exude confidence and comfort, while avoiding stripes or patterns. 2. Ladies, ensure to bring your makeup for potential touch-ups during the session. 3. Prioritize hydration by consuming ample water the night before and on the morning of the shoot. 4. Prioritize adequate rest to ensure a refreshed appearance. 5. Consider obtaining a fresh haircut, an optional yet highly recommended step. Bookings made with the discounted class pack are not refundable. For classes and evening events: Please cancel 72 hours in advance through the "My Bookings" area on our website. For courses: if we need to cancel or reschedule due to teacher illness, we will provide an alternative date/time. Please note any refund will be less the payment processor fee of 3%.
