About the Class
THE VILLAGE (1102 Lincoln) | Wednesday, April 14, 2027 Today is GAME-SHOW DAY. Earth Heroes enter the Hero Trials: Wipeout-style obstacle course, Is it Recyclable? sorting rounds, and Floor-is-Lava plastic-pollution survival. The room gets loud. The choices get fast. The slime-fall waits for missed turns. This is the day for kids who want movement, competition, and a mission that feels like a TV show. Teams sort, leap, cheer, reset, and try again. Every Hero leaves with the day's mission badge and a story about whether they escaped the slime-fall. Cancellation Policy
VKC Fair + Flexible Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our campers and our organization. Winter & Spring 2025–2026 Policy Transfer Option: You may transfer your camp spot to another student at any time for a $25 transfer fee. 45 Days or More Before Camp Start Date: Refunds are available, less a $50 cancellation fee and a 3% payment-processing fee. Less Than 45 Days Before Camp Start Date: No refunds will be issued. You may still transfer your camp spot to another student. Summer 2026 Policy Before February 1, 2026 100% refundable, minus a 3% payment-processing fee. No cancellation fee — book early, risk-free! February 1 – April 30, 2026 Refunds are available, less a $50 cancellation fee and 3% processing. Transfers to another week or camper are allowed at no charge, if space permits. After May 1, 2026 No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your registration to another student or camp week for a $25 transfer fee, space permitting. Differences in Tuition If you transfer into a higher-priced camp, the tuition difference will be charged at the time of transfer. If you move into a lower-priced camp, the difference will be refunded (less applicable processing fees) or credited toward a future VKC program. Member Benefit Members may transfer or switch camps free of charge up to 10 days before the camp start date. Our Promise We want your child to have a wonderful summer — and we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes with kindness and flexibility.
