About the Class
THE VILLAGE (1102 Lincoln) | Wednesday, December 30, 2026 Today is the Lollipop Lab. Lollipop Makers learn the real candy science of hot sugar — temperature stages, color, flavor, careful patience — with adult-only handling of the hot stuff and kid-friendly cool-and-pour stages. Each Maker chooses three flavors from six possible extracts (strawberry, cherry, watermelon, blue raspberry, root beer, lemon) and three colors. Six lollipops per Maker, real silicone molds, real wooden sticks. Park lunch at Littlejohn. Afternoon is wrapper design: each Maker prints labels for their lollipops with their initials and ties them to the sticks with curling ribbon. Finale: The Lollipop Bouquet Reveal — every Maker arranges their six finished lollipops into a real bouquet, photographed at pickup. Every camper takes home a bouquet of six finished lollipops in their own wrappers, a printed label sheet, and a Lollipop Maker badge. Cancellation Policy
VKC Fair + Flexible Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our campers and our organization. Winter & Spring 2025–2026 Policy Transfer Option: You may transfer your camp spot to another student at any time for a $25 transfer fee. 45 Days or More Before Camp Start Date: Refunds are available, less a $50 cancellation fee and a 3% payment-processing fee. Less Than 45 Days Before Camp Start Date: No refunds will be issued. You may still transfer your camp spot to another student. Summer 2026 Policy Before February 1, 2026 100% refundable, minus a 3% payment-processing fee. No cancellation fee — book early, risk-free! February 1 – April 30, 2026 Refunds are available, less a $50 cancellation fee and 3% processing. Transfers to another week or camper are allowed at no charge, if space permits. After May 1, 2026 No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your registration to another student or camp week for a $25 transfer fee, space permitting. Differences in Tuition If you transfer into a higher-priced camp, the tuition difference will be charged at the time of transfer. If you move into a lower-priced camp, the difference will be refunded (less applicable processing fees) or credited toward a future VKC program. Member Benefit Members may transfer or switch camps free of charge up to 10 days before the camp start date.
