About the Class
Our hands-on science series is perfect for elementary school aged young scientists. This course is designed to inspire curiosity and deepen students' understanding of the natural world. Flower Dissection: Exploring Plant Anatomy What’s inside a flower? In this botanical adventure, students will dissect flowers to discover the different parts that make up these beautiful plants. We'll identify petals, stamen, pistil, and more while learning about pollination and plant reproduction. This hands-on class will have kids appreciating nature on a whole new level. Things to Know: With the expertise of our instructor, Azana Best, who holds a degree in Biology and Pre-Med from Baylor University, our Biology Dissection Adventure classes offers a unique opportunity to understand the anatomy in a hand-son and accessible way for children. Gloves and safety glasses will be provided to children. VKC Club Members this class is included in your membership. Bookings made with the discounted class pack are not refundable. For classes and evening events: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 72 hours in advance. For courses: if we need to cancel or reschedule due to teacher illness, we will provide an alternative date/time. Please note any refund will be less the payment processor fee of 3%.
