Step into an enchanted world where young wizards get hands-on with magic! Kids decorate their own wizard hats, craft knight shields and foam swords, and design personalized magic wands in a special wand-making station. Then, they stir up bubbling potions using colorful, safe science ingredients—plus, everyone conjures their own batch of gooey wizard slime to take home! Get ready for a birthday gathering at The Village Kids' Club! Our venue is not just a space; it's a canvas for your child's birthday party. With our two-hour+ party rental, you'll have a magical celebration. What's Included in Your Party Rental: - 2+ hours private party space for up to 15 kids - Use of climbing structure, disco lights, calming cave - Dedicated party host to help with setup and activities - 70" TV for photo slideshow or music videos - Option to add 30 minutes for $75 - Upgrade up to 25 kids (Additional Fee) For each guest, we provide: - Witch/Wizard Hats - Magic Wand Kits - Foam Swords - Paper Shields Dedicated Party Host: Every party rental comes with a friendly and experienced helper. Our helper will assist in setting up, helping with your activities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Set Up and Clean Up: You can start setting up 15 minutes before your schedule. And we'll help you cleanup. Additional time: Need more set up or party time? Add an additional 30 minutes for $75. A Few Notes for a Smooth Celebration: Decorate Your Way: Feel free to decorate the front entrance and walls (without murals) with non-damaging adhesives like blue painters tape. Shoe-Free Fun: To keep our space clean and safe for everyone, shoes aren't allowed inside the club (this goes for both kids and adults). You'll find convenient cubbies in the lobby for shoe storage. Food and Beverages: All eating and drinking should take place in the designated area at the rear of the club. You're welcome to use our kitchen counter for cake, plates, and other party essentials. Kid-Friendly Seating: Our club is designed with little ones in mind, and so is our seating. We have comfy bean bag chairs that kids will love. Facilities: Equipped with one restroom and a separate hand washing station. If for any reason you need to cancel the rental, we will provide an 80% refund if you cancel before 6:00 PM 7 days or more before the party. Cancellations 1 to 6 days before the party will receive a 50% refund. All refunds are less the 3% payment processing fee we incur.
